When you talk with Debi, you feel better about yourself because she has such warm, accepting energy. And her laugh is contagious. This side of Debi was hidden for years since she battled alcohol addiction. She believed for many years that she was broken, too old, and that it was too late for change. Debi was also diagnosed with adult ADHD. What she discovered was that she could change her belief, change her perspective, and love life again.
Since what she calls, “breaking up with alcohol”, the aches and pains she blamed on aging disappeared. Her energy sky rocketed! Her grandkids love playing with and hanging out with the fun, vivacious Nonna! Debi now savors the sweetness and saltiness of her life. Her marriage is thriving. She’s growing a business. And she loves her “flawsome” self!
Debi is a podcast host, a certified Mindset & Alcohol Freedom Coach, and a Baby Boomer on a mission to break the stigma she grew up with, around ADHD, Rethinking Alcohol, and Aging.
