Dawn Comolly is known in the alcohol-free world as “Sober Fish”.
Before her life transformed, Dawn was the ultimate party animal but slowly she had become bored of endless partying, sleepless nights, extreme emotions, two-day hangovers, toxic relationships, living in a fog and generally being miserable.
During the summer of 2016, Dawn decided to conduct a personal experiment to spend the entire year of 2017, free from alcohol and cigarettes, and blog about her journey using social media.
Dawn drank her last alcoholic drink on November 26, 2016. At the start, she fully intended to return to her old life in 2018, however her life changed beyond recognition and she could see no reason for going back!
Dawn manages several online accounts, runs her own sober community and has recently qualified as a Positive Psychology and Alcohol-Free Coach, helping countless people get, and stay, successfully sober.
For fun, Dawn loves traveling and this year will include trips to Dublin and Italy. She also enjoys writing, getting together with friends and spending time with her family.
