Denise has enjoyed what some may call a colorful life! With 24 years of experience working in pubs, bars and restaurants (and the odd race-course) in the UK she has seen, heard and ‘done’ it all.
But two years ago after losing her job in the pandemic Denise decided it was time for a change and started looking at life a little differently.
It started with an interest in her own personal fitness, which led to completely rethinking the way she treated her body from the food she ate to the booze she soon realized she just didn’t enjoy drinking any more.
Now, at 43, Denise is launching Low No Drinker, a magazine for the sober curious bringing the people, places and brands leading the low and no alcohol revolution to the masses.
Denise says, “It doesn’t matter if you’re teetotal or just looking for some options to keep a clear head for work in the morning. L N D M (Low No Drinker Magazine) is a no-judgement zone where I just want to help people to know that they have choices available when they want them.”
Low No Drinker Magazine Launched in April (2023).
The first UK magazine of its kind, Low No Drinker is a bi-monthly publication covering the latest news, reviews and interviews from the people, places and brands leading the low and no alcohol revolution!
A free (for now) digital publication, with the option to purchase a hard copy if you prefer to consume your news IRL, LNDM is published by founder and Editor Denise Hamilton-Mace.
Denise is a health and fitness enthusiast who believes that life is better when we have more choices and that no one should have to miss out on a good time.
Aimed at the sober curious the magazine is a no-pressure resource for people who may be deciding to drink a little less for whatever reason and want to enjoy life less intoxicated.
