Melissa was addicted to sugar from childhood until her 30’s. She discusses how sugar took her down and ways nutrition replaced her cravings and how she changed herself from the inside out.
Sugar is powerful and addictive. Many may think that sugar is really no big deal compared to drugs or alcohol. However, I encourage you to listen to Melissa’s story, as it overlaps emotions and struggles with anyone struggling to quit any substance that is controlling their life.
Through her own battle, Melissa is now a certified holistic health coach and nutrition specialist helping women break unhealthy relationships with food, to help change their lives for the better.
